The MUSICIAN’S FOCAL DISTONY PROGRAMME was created to take care of musicians of any instrument, age and level who wish to solve problems of movement, pain or tension, with a totally personalised programme for each one of them.
The programme, developed by Alessandro Bares in collaboration with the most experienced Italian practitioners of the Grinberg method, is also very effective for improving the technique of any instrument in musicians who do not suffer from any disorder.
